Are Sessions Virtual or In Person?

Both!

In Person Services are offered on Mondays only at our King of Prussia Office.

Virtual sessions are available Tuesday-Friday

Do You Accept Insurance?

Yes

We are in-network with the following insurance providers:

  • Aetna
  • Cigna/Evernorth
  • Lyra
  • Compsych
  • Health Advocates

We are also able to provide Superbills for Out Of Network insurance reimbursement

How Long Are Sessions?

The length of sessions depend on the needs of each specific client. Typical sessions last between 45-55 minutes.

Do You Offer Sliding Scale?

Not at this time but we are planning to open sliding scale slots soon.

How Long Will I Be In Therapy?

It's hard to say exactly. The length of time in therapy depends on the specific client and the issues that they are addressing. On average, a client remains in therapy for 6-8 months.

How Often Should I Meet With My Therapist?

We do not dictate a specific session frequency. You can discuss your needs with your therapy. We recommend starting with bi-weekly sessions and adjusting if needed.
