Hello, I'm Kim (or Kimberly),

I know that life can feel heavy sometimes. Relationships become strained, stress build quietly over time, emotions feel overwhelming, and before long, many people lose their sense of self, become disconnected from others, and find themselves far from the life they desire.

I am therapist, but I'm also human, just like you. I am a wife, daughter sister, friend, and unapologetic Eagles fan. I love Jesus, value meaningful connection, and understand what it's like to navigate life's transitions, challenges, growth, disappointment, healing, and change.

Because of this, I approach therapy with both compassion and honesty. I am not here to judge or "fix" you. I am here to help support you in understanding yourself more deeply, figuring out unhealthy patterns, healing relationships. and moving towards healthier emotional and relational wellness.

My Approach to Therapy

I believe therapy should be a collaborative experience. It is important to me that my clients feel supported, challenged, and empowered throughout their healing process. I look to my clients as the experts on their own lives, relationships, and families. Together we work to identify the space between where you and where you want to be.

I bring clinical knowledge, relational perspective, and therapeutic experience to support you in improving your communication, healing your emotional brokenness, strengthening your relational bonds, and sustaining your progress even after therapy has ended.

For clients who desire it, I am also able to thoughtfully incorporate Christian values as a part of the healing process.

I am currently licensed in Pennsylvania and Maryland

MY

VALUES

DIGNITY

Regardless of your experiences or challenges, you deserve to be treated with compassion, care, and respect.

COLLABORATION

Therapy works best when we work together. You bring your lived experiences, and I bring clinical support and guidance.

HONESTY

Growth requires honesty, self-awareness, and the willingness to explore difficult experiences with openness and care.

EMOTIONAL SAFETY

Therapy should feel supportive, nonjudgemental, and emotionally safe enough for authentic healing and growth.
